Below I include some entries related to installation, administration and configuration of GNU/Linux systems:
Debian Etch (4.0, stable) install on Lenovo Thinkpad X61s (7669) laptop
Lenovo Thinkpad X61s (7669) laptop works fine with a Debian Lenny (5.0, stable) default installation. The only two problems I have found that I didn't try to solve up to now are: hibernation (suspend to ram works fine) and hard disk anti-shock system.
Ubuntu Hardy Heron (8.04) install on Lenovo Thinkpad SL400 (2743) laptop
